Brannon Martin
Student Pastor
Pastor Brannon was raised in Trion, Georgia, where he accepted Christ at 8 years old. He was baptized at Dry Valley Baptist Church. Pastor Brannon is married to Abby, who stays at home and raises their daughter, Libby Lou.
On the afternoon of April 5, 2010, Brannon, his parents and brothers were involved in a fatal car accident. The result of the accident was that Pastor Brannon lost his two brothers, and was fighting for his own life. After a long road of recovery, he returned to life as normal as it could be. Pastor Brannon was able to finish high school and continue to Shorter University.
Shortly after beginning college at Shorter, he felt God calling him into the ministry. He announced his calling to preach on October 10, 2012. Since then, he has had the privilege to stand and fill the pulpit in churches around Chattooga County and the surrounding areas.
Pastor Brannon accepted the role and responsibility of being Student Pastor, knowing that God has called him to this ministry. He brings a spirit of excitement for the children and youth while also being able to minister to the directors of each program.
